How the heck is the Ark big enough for our mad Forge skills? I’d shoot for Requiem, much more managable. 
God no, that’s too small, we need to Forge on High Charity, that thing is bigger right?
No more big maps!!! How many time do I have to tell you guys? The large scale of Forge World was equally responsible for ruining custom games.
I doubt a game could manage a level that big.
The solution isn’t a new themed map, instead it’s the ability to change an individual pieces theme.

In actual matters of reasoning, your are correct. Forge World severely cut LOD on everything, and made all custom maps seem similar.

Lol yes. It’s not that big. Requiem is the biggest thing we’ve encountered in the games so far IIRC.

your probably right. an entire map as big as the ark? seems a little to massive. But then again look at games like mass effect and minecraft. There maps and game play areas are simply HUGE. Just as a half Crazed thought. What about forging in space? have options for the map to turn on/off space stations,cruisers,infinity etc with limited access to the latter so its more of a spawn point than anything else. Also, if we had a map that large were it even possible, we would need something bigger to transport us around. I’m thinking enough of these little pelican wannabes Time for the REAL DEAL.
