I haven’t received a specialization code yet, and am not alone in this problem. My email address for my Live account is valid. The email was not deleted, and the spam folder was checked. I received no message on my Xbox Live Message Center, not the first one, nor the reminder email. I fulfilled all of the criteria, however, and that’s where the problem lies.
Please give me some kind of reply that’s not just copy-pasting the same post by an admin; I do not know why I did not get my code, and I’d like some assistance and am willing to provide any details necessary to overcome this concern. I’m looking at my message center right now and not seeing any message at all, so I’m thinking there is a problem here.

Please say something other than the generic copy-pasted response, because that’s not helping me, nor anyone else.
My email’s valid, I met all of the criteria, and there’s no reason for me to have not gotten the message through my gamertag’s messages twice.
I’m assuming there’s another problem at fault, here, but unless someone actually lets us speak without locking the thread every time, there’s going to be no resolution.
You’re wrong in one aspect: giving us a generic, copy-pasted response does benefit someone! THEM! They are then able to defer any sense of responsibility for their ineptitude. Flawless victory.
Try checking in your spam folder. I have seen a couple threads saying they found it buried in there. I would have given mine out but I accidentally clicked on it and it automatically put it on my account
I’ve checked my spam folder pretty rigorously too. Ctrl+F in there doesn’t reveal anything for the word Xbox or gift or anything else people on GameFAQs told me to look for (which, it was supposed to be titled, “Gift for Xbox Live member” or something, right?).
I’ve checked every single email account of mine, too, not just the one associated with my gamertag. Nothing in the inbox, spam folder, etc…
I still have no idea how I didn’t get one of the two messages sent to my gamertag. That’s what is confusing me the most.
They’re locking it because theres a -Yoinking!- thread for this and they want constructive criticism and not the same complaint 10000 times that they already know about.
