Would the Gears 3 One-Shot be a good weapon for Halo 4?
To me it would. It’s a vary affective, and balance weapon.
-Descption.
-Game play.
My Halo Specs: Affective Range:
-Medium-Long.
Damage:
-Vary high. It’s basically a portable Gauss Cannon.
Useful against:
-Vehicles.
-Players/Enemies.
Balance:
-It’s a 3 shot weapon.
-It has a charging time of about 3 seconds
-It has a laser that emits from the weapon when being aimed. Which alerts others where the weapon is being aimed at.
-It has a high zoom. Which makes it almost useless in close quarters combat.

The one shot would go completely through the vehicle which would cause massive damage. The spartan laser is more of a splash weapon.
I don’t think this would be a good UNSC weapon, but maybe for whatever the enemy will be. They’ll likely be more technologically advanced than the humans, I think it would fit well and provide a nice challenge. Maybe make the cool down a little shorter than the Target Locator though.
They’re both conceptually similar. I’d rather have theme slightly modify how the splazer feels than make an entirely new weapon that works just the same way.

One Shot is pretty ineffective in Gears.
Your targets have to be preoccupied or morons to get hit by it.
Takes about a second to zoom in before you can fire it and during that time the targeting laser goes active as well as the beeping which can be heard from the other side of the map.
