So we all know we have had elites in multiplayer. I can come to the conclusion that the negative feedback the community gave 343i, elites will be back in multiplayer, or will they?
By now 343i knows that we are very very angry that it was only Spartan IV’s and nothing else. Maybe elites will come back, but will 343i try something new? Maybe having prometheans in multiplayer instead. I’m down for that! Maybe add some new variants of them and boom we’re set.

I completely support Elites coming back in-full.
As for Prometheans, I don’t think so. For custom games, maybe. But Knights play way to differently to consider them equals to Spartans and Elites. It would be cool, but they’d have to be heavily nerfed for them to balance out.
Have you seen the size those prometheans are? Not likely coming to matchmaking.
Prometheans would have even more hit box issues than elites. That said, for something like invasion, why not? Their teleport would be kind of awkward though.
Elites should be back as allies. I would like to see a combination of Flood, Forerunner, and either brutes (if there is a canon reason that makes sense) or a new enemy that fights similar to the Covenant as enemies.

It could be like Thruster Pack, where you hit the AA button and a stick direction, but instead of thrusting you would instantly teleport a short distance in that direction.
Do Promethean Knights ever jump or crouch? The jump button could become “upward teleport” and the crouch button could become “downward teleport”. Imagine launching an attack from the roof or basement. “Looks like we’re all alone here guys”…just as multiple Knights teleport in.
