Noble Six died on reach in hand-to-hand combat with seven zealot and ultra warriors. Now, MC and six are very similar in their skill set. So my question is: would MC have survived the onslaught? Discuss.
I think he would would have seeing how he is a spartan 2 and he’s incredibly lucky.
With Cortana? Maybe. Without her? He would die.
Hmm, I doubt it. Seven Elites, most being of high rank, would be incredibly hard to overcome. He’d go down swinging, though, just like Six.

Probably. Not only does the Chief have more experience, he’s very lucky.

Noble 6 is definitely an analog to the Chief, but I would say the Chief has a few advantages over 6 (not the least of which is experience).
However, to be fair to Six, Chief’s experience has failed him on numerous occasions. By himself, he struggles, just read The Flood. Six is a lone wolf, she can handle herself. But we’ll never know.

Six has experiance through lone wolf assassinations and such. Maybe MC has more experiance against covys, yes, but Six isn’t totally incompetent.

I read your post, and can’t help saying that Six’s gender isn’t confirmed. But yes, I guess we never will know.

Oh, don’t get me wrong. Noble 6 is an incredibly competent and capable Spartan, no doubt.
Also, I have read “The Flood” (an incredibly underrated book, I might add), and I get what you’re saying. Still, I stand by my opinion.
Remember That Noble Six Isn’t The Same Kind Of Spartan That John Is, John Is a Spartan II, Six is a Spartan “III”, Made By ONI, Which Aren’t As Good As Dr. Halsey’s Ones (As Said In Her Diary, They Don’t Have The Same Doctrination And Discipline). Six Isn’t Incompetent, But Even If He Was a Lieutenant, John Had Participated In High Risk Missions And Trainings Before, Being a Kid. With, Or Without Cortana, I Believe That John Could Have Survived, Not Just Because He’s Lucky, But Because He’s Stronger, Faster, More Resistant, And Has An Instinct For Survival, Six Was a Lone Wolf, He Knew He Had Made His Job; The PoA Was Out Of Reach, Being That The Only Way To Get Out Of The Continent, And He Knew It Would Be Impossible To Get Out Of There, So He Waited For His Death, Knowing That He Would Die The Only Way a Spartan Would Die: Fighting.

That’s good. 
I haven’t gotten around to reading the reach and flood trilogy yet (my brother has them and he almost never reads them and when he does it’s very slowly.) but i’m hoping to do that soon. Thank you for your opinion on this topic. But I guess we never really will know, will we?
Master Chief has taken out entire covenant armies, but I say there is a %70 chance he would survive, %30 he would die an honorable death. this is only my opinion…

You forget that six took out all the other enemies before the elites, so yes MC could handle the elites by themselves, and six took on those elites with no shields and being mortally wounded so yeah, chief could easily take those elites

Considering Chief’s track record of having difficulty fighting single Elites, I doubt it.

You act like Chief single-handily defeated entire Covenant armies. That is inaccurate. I’ll grant you Halo, but even then he required Cortana’s help a lot.
