Just sayin’ I wish this game had Double Jump. Halo 4 and Reach changed the Halo games so much, they might as well add Double Jump to make the game better. They’re in the far future and can warp through space, but they can’t make gravity boots for that extra lift? (I don’t like relying on jet pack because of recharge)

This isn’t TF2. We really don’t need a double jump mechanic on top of all the other silly features.
I would prefer a double jump over jet pack, personally. I think it would ground things a lot more and add another dimension of skill. Rather than just lazily flying up to something you have to make more tactful and skillful jumps.

It would be just as OP as Jet Pack apparently is.

If you want to jump even higher, then the Jet Pack is there for you.
This isn’t Metroid man, Halo already has enough gimmicks in it.
It’s probably hard to double-jump in Mjolnir armor when your momentum is on its way down. Just saying.
Maybe if it replaced Jetpack. Then I’d be fine with it since that’s what Jetpack should’ve been like anyways.

Or you can replace the jet pack with a vertical thruster pack.
