Now that we have the Wasp, I think it’s extremely unlikely that we will get a Falcon in Halo 5. Hopefully the Falcon and/or the Hornet will make an appearance in Halo 6 though.
The Falcon is no longer commissioned, but the closest thing to it is a Wasp.

Not to mention it would not fair well in Warzone. Reach’es sandbox, maybe, Warzone, definitely not. The wasp is a great UNSC air vehicle with a unique role while the Falcon is a triple kill with a large sign painted “shoot me”.
The only time I see it surviving beyond ten seconds is if it’s placed at REQ level 4. Even then, the Railguns and Battle Rifles will probably tear through it anyway.

Really…because there is no official alliance between UNSC and Swords of Sanghelios. So why would playable Elites be cannon again?

Look up the ANVIL initiative. It’s where elites and Spartans train in the war games simulations. Therefore playable elites should be in the game.

It is possible for 343, thing is that it wouldn’t be good for the sake of warzone.
I would love to get a lot of the classic vehicles back too, but i’m pretty sure it wont ever happen. 
It’s definitely possible, but 343i wants to release other things that they think are more important, such as new weapons, maps and modes.

I would support 343 for the action to bring all vehicles from the previous Halo’s into the game, but since it’s 343, they’re probably just gonna ignore this like people ignore an ant a mile away.
Forget the falcon now because it is too late, I want the spectre to return. Also, new promethean vehicles.
