Hey guys I have quit Xbox a while ago to play league of legends as the latest halo games have been more than disappointed and I found myself missing halo reach because it was the game that got me loving halo and I was wondering if it’s worth buying Xbox gold and going back and playing halo reach or is there just not enough people?

I haven’t been on to Reach in a few weeks, but last I was on. There were enough people to get a game in a few minutes… so depends on how much you like Halo. Me personally, I’d do it.
Yeah I might do it halo 5 is such a disappointment and I much preferred and missed the armours back in reach, thanks for the quick reply though.
I am among the longest running halo fans that are still around today my friend. Change is inevitable. But i have done this on gold, with Reach.
It is absolutley worth it mate. Reach was the endgame. The last push. The finish. And above all…the 10 year tribute promised by Bungie when i was still playing combat evolved.
So buy gold mate. Trust me.
Halo reach has around 6k on during weekdays and sometimes 11k during the weekends you can still find matches rather easily in popular playlists so it’s worth getting.
I truly think that Reach will be the longest lasting Halo game. Whenever it gets to the point where people don’t play it, there will never be a game New or old that will pass that time period. Reach was life.

Halo 5 is not that bad, Its the best Halo because of its content, and the Story could have been better, but its not terrible. Reach looks beautiful on the Xbox One than it did on 360. Should you go back to reach? ABSOLUTELY! Should you upgrade to Halo 5? Eventually you have to, its really not that bad, just take it to high consideration.
Yes halo reach is the best halo ever.
i agree halo reach had the best things for example the armor it was awsome, and the leveling system.

as long as you don’t run into hackers like Slim Shady Modz then you’ll have an enjoyable time.

Idk man I first played halo with CE and 2 on the original xbox with my cousin, played Halo 3 at a friends and eventually bought my own xbox and got reach on release day, Halo 5 and Halo 4 feel like they ripped a lot of other popular FPS mechanics from CoD and Titanfall and what not to try and appeal to larger crowds instead of trying to grow halo’s fanbase they tried to replace it and it backfired. Halo 5 for me is way to twitchy and fast paced the “enhanced mobility” and “spartan abilites” feel like cliche attempts to attract new players from OTHER franchises, and the movement changed gameplay and map design behind recognition from previous games.

It’s worth it. I’ve been having so much fun revisiting it and I always look forward to playing it.
