I am betting that people will agree on the plasma pistol being the worst weapon, it is only useful for emp-ing vehicles and with people hitting 50 and maybe taking the operator specialization the EMP portion might by moot. Plasma pistol takes 8-12 shots to kill a spartan unless you grenade or otherwise weaken the player.
Anyone have something that is worse than 8 shots to kill an unshielded spartan?
You’re doing it wrong. Overcharge it and follow with a shot to the head. Easy peasy.
The Storm Rifle is by far the worst. Atleast the Plasma Pistol has a use other than killing.
And Pulse Grenades are 100% balls.
Actually I ran with a buddy of mine last night and he had me use the plasma pistol. I would walk around EMP blast, then he’d head shot. A nice one two combo, required a lot of communication. Didn’t always work either 
I think the worst weapon is the storm rifle. Compared to the Assault rifle and suppressor I’m not sure what it’s niche is. (Please someone explain to me how to use it!)
Pulse Grenades
Someone obviously doesn’t know about the noob combo. Man I miss it from the Halo 2 days. It’s over powered (if you knew what you were doing and had skill) awesomeness was unmatched.
you guys don’t seem to understand, there is a commendation section for KILLS with the plasma pistol, which are extremely hard to get, hell pulse grenade kills are easier.
Not a fan of the Shotguns in this game. I thought the Scattershot was going to be epic

I find this not as a weapon, but a great tool. It gives huge area of denial to your enemies. In turn you can pin them down and kill them or easily escape with them.
Scattershot. Plasma Pistols is fine, but I’m not looking forward to getting kills with it for the commendation of it.
Not a fan of the Cov Carbine
storm rifle feels just like the plasma repeater from reach, that is useless, why can’t they just leave the plasma rifle alone and let us have it in multiplayer,
as for other weapons i think suck
the boltshot kinda sucks, no zoom poor accuracy and extremely limited ammo and as for the overcharge shotgun function, you have to practically be touching your targets junk in order to get a one shot kill out of it

I’ll give it a go.
It has a faster shield dropping rate and No need to be reloaded, as long as you keep the heat down.
It is best used to attack enemies from the side or the back, at closer range than usual (a fair bit closer than AR range, but longer than suppressor range)The fact you don’t need to reload would allow you to get triple or even over kills in the time it would take you to possibly reload the assault rifle twice. the downside is a team would be well stupid to let you stay there for 4-5 seconds gunning them down lol.

that also makes it a awful weapon, noob combos are sad to see still being used

Also speaks to how underpowered the plasma pistol is when every player killing use of it involves using it to drop shields and switching to a real weapon.
Suppressor for sure.
I’ve picked up storm rifles and suppressors and pulled a few kills out of them. Only really died to them while working on plasma pistol kills… at 173/250 on the 5/7 block of plasma pistol atm.
