Worst round of Infinity Slayer ever.

So I just had my worst game ever played since this came out. 2 kills - 20 deaths, and the 2 were a grenade double kill. Can anyone else share a story like this, or am I the WORST player on the forums?

I commend you for not rage quitting because I would have but I’m sure I’ve had a game like that in my Halo playing career. Actually I’m sure I have but I was out-matched in a BTB game and refused to quit.

I’ve had some pretty silly games. Just laugh at them, that’s what I did. I’m usually the one making people quit though. Like I said, laugh at those limited matches.

I wouldn’t say you’re the worst it was just unfortunate for you to have a bad game. I’m sure everyone has their fair share of disappointing games. There were plenty of times where I wasn’t happy about my performances myself.

Perseverance is key my friend. You win some and you lose some and everyone has their off days when gaming. All I can say is keep playing and you’ll improve exponentially and yeah good for you for not quitting out

Never had an epic demotivation game in Halo 4. Had one in Reach though. Playing griffball and my entire team quit and the opponents just kept spawn killing me. I stayed until the time ran out.

Yeeeep. That’s Grifball on Reach for you.

In the post-game screen, they all said thank you. At least someone was happy…

Rule number one for xbox live: If you do something really bad, their is always someone who has done much much worse, as well as vice versa.

I don’t think I’ve ever quit out, as I feel punishments for something stupid like that should be avoided.
Cheered myself up with some Grifball today, but now it seems my internet speed is slowing, as I get lag almost every game.

I’m surprised you stayed for the whole match.

I had a game once where all started and I had a few assists…then my team started quitting… One at a time. Until, THERE WAS ONLY ONE!
I didn’t realize thus until I got swarmed the second time and noticed the dwindling numbers. When all was done I think I managed one kill out of ambush luck…the assists I had before…and 30+ deaths. I was responsible for more than half of the other teams points. Felt…awesome.

Not really since I would always leave when a match starts to get annoying. 90 % reason is team quitting.

Most people would blame connection issues or teammates. Even though those things are a huge factor, the best players blame their own performance.

I had a game where I played an organized team of 130 level players. It was 4v4 Swat on, Complex. Immediately 2 people quit on my team. Within the first two minutes I died 25 times. They had control of the map, and had full view of many of the spawns. I scored a single kill. I couldn’t do much since if one hadn’t killed me immediately, they had one guy patrolling the edge of the map. I never even saw my teammate outside of the initial spawn, and he/she wasn’t using a mic. At the time I had a rank of 62. CSR had not been introduced yet. Safe to say it was the most unbalanced game I’ve ever played in any game.

I’ve had some pretty awful matches which I am not at all proud of. Everton has, though. So don’t sweat it.

I played ninja assassins on my own against for top rank players and won. We ask have good and bad days.
