None of them 
None. All reqs have their use in some situations, some more than others. It all boils down to personal preference lol.

Depends on whether you’re talking about regular Warzone or firefight. Mythic weapons are less useful than scout hogs in firefight

It’s actually really good early game. It’s got excellent range and a faster TTK than the magnum.
Personally I’d have to say that the Plasma Turret is pretty useless in all situations.

every single one of them in the entire game
The worst req is the phaeton helios. Everytime I get one I just think to myself, “I wish I got another gungoose or overshield 1”. (Of course that was sarcastic, the worst req is the reskinned warthogs that prevent you from getting good reqs.)

For me its a couple. To start things off at number 1 would be the twin jewels of maethrillian because of its long pause between each shot. Plus the description says its great for vehicles but even a retina of the minds eye is soooooo much better. In summary it is the absolute worst sniper rifle and an embarrassment to be a legendary req weapon. At number 2 would be the pool of radiance because again with its long pause between each shot. I get that it got a buff but even then I would pick a standard fuel rod over that piece crap weapon, anyone in their right minds would use a light of urs instead. Last on the weapon reqs for me would be the razors edge. When it first came out during the ghost of meridian content drop its was a pretty darn good weapon but nowadays I absolutely despise it. The weapon itself is very inconsistent with the super combine on spartans. At times it would only take 5 shards to supercombine but everytime i try using i feel like im using the whole damn magazine for one spartan. I also don’t understand how people can supercombine against vehicle as to me it never works.
Now for vehicles number one would be the oni gungoose. Any other gungoose would be more useful as i find direct impact with the grenades more useful then the ricochet grenades the oni gungoose has. Number two would be the sword needler warthog. The hog itself is pretty seeing as how its the only hog with shields but the kill time with the gum is not impressive. I would prefer an oni hog over that anyday. And lastly for me would be the oni wasp. When i heard about the oni wasp i was pretty hyped but was disappointed instead. The main gun of the oni wasp is extremely inaccurate even at closer range and its ridiculous. Even a regular wasp is more useful then tand accurate. Another downside is the missles as its only new function is that it can now lock on to ground vehicles. No speed increase of the missle and not even more damage output.
That about does it for me.

Gonna second this. Every single other REQ is at least useful to some extent. But the Plasma Turret? The Plasma Turret is a lump of unusable garbage. The only time it’s ever actually threatening is when the -Yoink-hole Phantom gunners target you with aimbot levels of precision.
I’d say the Storm Rifle for me, is the worst req.

It is absurd how a gun behaves differently when in the hands of an enemy and that can go for almost all the weapons in Halo 5 that the A.I. uses. Pin point accuracy and incredible damage output…
