No matter how good i play i just keep ranking down because of the aweful team mates you put with me
That’s not the ranking system’s fault. Find a team to play with.
From what I’ve seen, if your teammates are bad you won’t rank down much as long as you play well.
Teammates are random. But if youre above average (lets say a value of 1.5) and the average teammate is a value of 1… well you see where this is going… 4.5 > 4
Learn to carry if you want to hang with the big guys.

That is because it is a program, which can only execute actions in according to how it was coded. The dev team is responsible for this since they are the one who developed the ranking algorithm. While you are correct to say that it is not the ranking system’s fault, it does has flaws.
OP, I would try to find a Spartan company that has players you can team up with if you want to avoid the risk of losing your ranking.
