Since halo is just one of those games where it’s hard to keep a cool head while you’re playing, I thought I’d make a fun post where people can share their worst rage moment in any halo game. My worst rage moment was in halo 2 where I was at a friend’s house and broke his controller and thus being kicked out of his house. Pretty sure mine might be mild compared to yours but feel free to share below
I’m nothing special, I cuss the screen on occasion. In the CE and 2 Lan days we did tend to elbow or throw things at each other though. I have a scar above my left eye from a thrown bottle over a match on Lockout.
I knocked down my TV, broke the controller cable, went down to my shed and punched the wall until my I realised my fist was pouring out blood. I am a very angry person.
I once didn’t give the covenant back their bomb.
I have never freaked out. My friend did. i ended up with a “few” bruises. aaaaannnddddd a broken nose(jk)
Rage makes me better, I’ve had many huge comebacks after being tea-bagged. Nothing like coming back with some renewed energy.
I only ever get angry enough to yell at screen when I leave someone at one shot, and my teammates being idiots and missing it. A few games ago, this guy was at one shot and my teammate threw a grenade at him. I was so pissed, the idiot died. What was he doing? Trying to get a head shot with a grenade? -_-
I have yelled at the screen like a banshee before. I did have a buddy in high school that would break a controller every other weak. Every time someone would kill him it was always lag, or the games fault, or his controller was “messing up”. Got to the point where I flat out could not stand to play with him.
Guy betrayed me and tea bagged me in Halo 2, so I made sure we lost the entire game constant suicide.
My worst was when I bought halo 5 and found out they lied, they had no content and halve the time the servers were down. I melted and just uninstalled the game. Thanks 343I you freed up some space for me.
I use to own six 360 controllers. Major emphasis on the “use too”.
When I was a kid in the early 2000’s I would spend weekends at my friend’s house and we would just play Halo 1 all day.
When his brother’s friend would stay over we would run the cable down the hallway and link 2 Xboxes together and we’d play against them 2v2.
They would always own us and I’d rage so hard that I would actually want to fight them lol.
So at night, we’d fart in their faces and put their hands in each others pants while they were sleeping.
