WORST MM SYSTEM AND CSR (EVER ON HALO HISTORY)

HOW THE -Yoink- IS THIS GAME WORKING ?

I just spend my whole afternoon trying to hit champ on slayer playlist solo queue and this is what happen :

I won against champ+onyx+diamond 4 times in a row and this -Yoink- system give me a “+1 csr” everytime. Then i loose with a plat and 2 diamonds againt 2 champs 2 times in a row and give me “-15 csr” both games.

What is wrong with this MM system ?

This makes me want spend no more time on this game, even if i know people from this game.
