Sorry 343, but it is the truth.
Your matchmaking system at current is dreadful. The players i get paired with are no where near similar skill. I feel like this is purely random where you match me with any sap that is close by, and it ain’t working.
I can’t remember the last time one of my teammates actually went neutral never mind positive. It’s the most unfair matchmaking system of any multilayer i have ever played.
You were fools to release this game without 1-50, and i personally am at the end of my tether waiting for it.
It’s not just that it will not group people with similar skill level it won’t group people together that have or do not have headsets.
If I am on a Ops mission and I want to use the MM system that means I am looking for a Team not a freaking FFA, or lets see how many vehicles we can destroy so we can’t finish the mission contest.
If I am on a Ops mission and someone does not know how to do it I would like to actually be able to communicate with them in some way that is what the headset is for and I do not appreciate being grouped with people that do not have headsets that do no know anything about how the game works.
If I get a wild hair and I want to do some PvP and get in the wargame lobby I do not want to ge grouped with a freaking pre-made group that not only know what they are doing but all have headsets while I am stuck in a group that not only can’t communicate but does not have a clue as what a flank is.
The game is already aware of who has a headset and who does not the MM system should at the very least by DEFAULT group people that have or do not have headsets together.

Got to agree here. Just tried playing again and had so many terrible matches. Most were just filled with teammates who didn’t know what they were doing, or they were going for straight kills during an objective game mode such as KOH.
BTB got frustrating as hell as I was disabling vehicles and sticking them, but someone would randomly throw a grenade in or take a shot or two and steal the kills from me (this happened so MUCH I was baffled and almost at a loss for words with the exception of the usual: “WHAT THE -Yoink-!?”).
All in all played about 6-7 matches with only one of them being good. I feel so depressed right now it’s not even funny. My favorite franchise just feels like an unbalanced crutch for the masses.
Examples of stupid teammate moments: KOH on Wrecked, I’m going for the hill, in it and watching the red team’s spawn side, I have two teammates in front of me looking the other way toward our base so we essentially had both sides covered… nope. A guy manages to rush in and assassinate me while I’m shooting at a few enemies. While I’m being assassinated I’m watching both teammates stand there until after I die and drop before they begin to assault this guy. Really?
Infinity Slayer on (this one map, with a bunch of rocks and its dark and -Yoink-… I can’t remember the damn name). I plasma pistol a warthog as NO ONE else was bothering to do anything about it. Disable it, chuck two grenades on it and a teammate from out of nowhere shoots it one time with the DMR… Double assist for me. What. The. -Yoink-.
Infinity Slayer on Exile: I start out and try to rush for the Saw, teammate takes it, runs off and dies almost instantly with it. I decide to shoot for rockets, bad mistake as the enemy has a Gauss Hog all ready set up watching the ENTIRE lane so if you’re even remotely spotted, gaus shell to the face. Took one as I grabbed the rockets, spawned again and was right in his sight lines as I spawned… died instantly. Meanwhile the team is getting trashed by Ghosts and the Banshee.
Dominion on Longbow: I rush for A as the Team pushes for B, I have one guy coming with me as support, we get in and capture A, these guys capture B but then all of them miracously die and we lose it, I’m still defending A, picked up the railgun and went back to A as I heard gunshots. Got in and my teammate was fine, however a warthog then comes around our base, I peek out and hit it with a railgun and send it spinning, throw a grenade right under it and I die from the turret quickly, meanwhile the grenade blows up but my second teammate again gets a few shots on it and he gets awarded the kills. Great.
Sorry for the long read, but these things just happen way too much and I absolutely hate it. It’s really ruining my experience and just teetering me on the verge of just leaving it altogether.
