Plasma repeater halo reach. Good concept executed too weakly with little explanation of it’s strength to take away health.
Almost every dual wield weapon in halo 2 and 3. Dual wielding was never balanced out properly.
I’m going to be different and say the Brute shot, H2, compared to the one in Halo 3, it is almost completely useless

Either the storm rifle from Halo 4 or Magnum from Halo 3. Could you imagine a game with those as starting weapons?

In my opinion, it’s the Halo 3 magnum. I actually really liked the Suppressor from Halo 4. I found it particularly good against Prometheans.
I actually hate plasma rifles. I’ve got no idea why! I suppose if I enjoy a weapon I get a better feel for it and end up doing better as a result?
