In my opinion by far it goes to Cortana from Halo 3. The level can literally go to hell

Probably the Library on legendary. Off the top of my head anyway.

The Library, otherwise known as the “loudest Library in the Universe.” Cause it’s rage-inducingly unorganized. Damn shelvers.
On heroic that level was pretty fun, being intense cause you’re surrounded by the flood and all. Same with the library. However, worst level for me would probably be Shutdown from Halo 4, level felt like a grind and the bullet sponge nature of the prometheans made it unbearable.
SCREW TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION ON LEGENDARY THAT GOOD DAMN HANGER I SWEAR, AND FRIGGIN HATE DELTA HALO ON LEGENDARY AND THOSE SNIPER JACKALS AND THOSE DRONES AHHHH. but yeah, that’s probably it, library is overrated I terms of difficulty.
Oh OK your talking about levels. Ahem… Two betrayals. Mostly for that no killing grunts achievement in the anniversary edition.

What the…Assault on the Control Room is considered among the best if not THE best mission of Halo CE.
Back on topic, Cortana/The Library are both pretty worthy contenders for title of worst.

Hard for me to pick a worst one but I’d say Cortana from Halo 3. Not because it was hard … it just sucked.
The Library.

Cortana in Halo 3. a close second the Library. Pretty much all Flood levels on Legendary for me.
The Library is probably the worst.
Then it would be Halo 2’s Gravemind, because you’re stuck in a tiny room on Legendary to immediately die all the time with a Needler to protect you.
Cortana, Halo 3. So unorganized and an endless onslaught of Flood. I don’t speed run missions, but I speed run that one. And I don’t replay it, unless I have to for an achievement or something. A close second is High Charity, Halo 2.

Check it. It might’ve taken me an hour on legendary, but it was sooo worth it.
For me, probably gravemind or truth and reconciliation (on legendary of course).

Do you mean high charity or gravemind? Gravemind is almost impossible but I actually beat the par score for high charity on legendary. It wasn’t that hard for me.
