MCC, 4, Made me lost money off both and lose interest in the franchise for a good amount of times. Its still a struggle to get up and turn on my Xbox for it sometimes.
Everything up until Halo 5 was, in my opinion, really good.
Halo CE through Halo Reach was an amazing job done by Bungie.
Then 343 releases Halo 4. Halo 4 had an amzing story line and pretty good gameplay.
But… 343 takes 3 years to create Halo 5, and there is no splitscreen, there is no reward system. And everything has been turned into chance.
You can only play as Master Chief in 3 missions, there are two missions out of the total 15 where you just go around and talk to people, and thestory line is just all the past halo games put together.
343 has not been able to live up to Halo’s title
I just don’t understand these posts like this. Not -Yoinking!- about a single problem just that they don’t like the game. Then why do you play it? Why do you take the time out of your day to come online to the halo forum and blast it if you don’t like it? Go play something else. No one wants you here with that attitude anyway. “Worst halo ever” and you don’t even back it up with reasons why you don’t like it. Just trying to start a fire I guess.
The game as evolved and is bigger than ever. More people come on to the forums to talk because there is a larger community coming together. More people are playing because -guess what- it’s a good game. More people playing means it will be more competitive. More guns, vehicles, tactics, map layouts, armor mods, help make it a more level playing field where if you are getting beat by someone with a certain gun doing a certain thing you should have available to you to take him out and level the playing field. Most of the people -Yoinking!- about how it’s too competitive are the guys who think they are super great at the game and now are getting their stuff handed to them more often and they don’t like it. They aren’t used to getting the participation ribbon, they are used to a participation trophy. We have halo championships now for crying out loud, and a league starting up. The servers are connecting you to more people now than ever. The game is going to be competitive for now on out, and you crying about it isn’t going to stop it. Just deal with it and adjust. It won’t go back to the halo 2 or 3 days where not a lot of people played and you felt better about yourself. Adjust, man up, and deal with it. “I just want to get on for a casual game and try hards ruin it for me” there will always be someone better than you that even their casual game will beat your casual game. Accept it.
Then you see posts about “this gun needs nerfed” saying it’s too powerful because in warzone they keep getting killed by it and they don’t think it’s right they die all the time. Tough luck. It’s the game. And guess what, if it does get adjusted and everything balances out do you know what that means? That’s right, the game becomes more competitive. Halo 5 is a great game. The numbers speak for themselves. More demand for maps and new weapons means that things will get more competitive and bring more people/keep more people playing it longer.
alo 5, it has great gameplay but thats it
it has good maps
No. Worst campaign, best multiplayer.

Yes it really does make sense I really don’t know why you say “That makes sense” in a sarcastic tone…

Yep, my Xbox friends and I mainly play custom, it’s the only way to get true casual games in halo 5.
its a shame, I loved halo 4 BTB, there was always a good mix of player skill levels and the maps, weapons, vehicles gave every one a chance at topping the leaderboard each match.

If you were a true halo fan you would know why… We have our reasons
And just because it has new stuff doesn’t make it better, that is just so cheap -_-

I’ve done every halo to date. Was the first game I had for xbox. I still have the original xbox and halo 1 and 2 because of the damn game.
People don’t realize that the game has to change and evolve along with the technology of the time and as well as in the halo timeline. I’ve read the books, I watched the world championship series, all the halo channel series. So what am I missing that makes me a true halo fan, because i’m dying to find out from someone who knows.
I would like Halo 5 the most if it had good armor customization and 4-player split screen.
This forum post is to popular lol, and Halo Reach was my favorite.
I think halo 5 multiplayer is great as it is, when it works that is. Down for me again.

kidding right?
Halo 5 is way to Competitive. 343 didn’t think this game through. The social players are still making Race maps and want infection bad but 343 won’t deliver.
If you don’t like it don’t play it. Don’t come on here complaining
Honestly, my opinion is that Halo 4 was the worst Halo game 343 made.
Why so much hate on here?
Halo 5 > Halo 4
It is the worst Halo game to date.
