Two matches I completed 6 of the 10 tasks lol
3 of the 4 remaining are just getting kills or assists during matches, the other being 5 kills woth the side kick or bulldog.
You’ll live lol, then you can play whatever you want…
Update: Complete all 10 tasks, in just 4 matches… Now all that’s left is if I want shoot for the stupid Paper Clip, which just requires 5000 score to be made, in any game mode… So yeah, I’ll probably get him even if I don’t want him lol.

Yeah, this event is awful. The rewards are absolutely terrible and the playlist is absolute anti-fun.
There is literally no excuse any more. The game is over a year old, and this is the sort of content coming out. Absolutely horrendous. How they think this sort of stuff will get players to come back is beyond me.

I definitely will admit that this events highlights just how effective camo is when carrying the flag. Even in BTB, a single guy can camo, grab the flag, and then if people aren’t on top of him immediately he’s most likely gone with it. It is extremely effective at getting the flag well outside of the base.
You better have damn good communication…
It’s difficult to see the guy unless he’s close to you. Flag doesn’t show up when the wielder is invisible.
Be glad they load you up with those sensors, other wise the camo team is going to always win.

It’s the easiest way to score the flag in ranked. Basically if you get away with Camo in a flag game it’s an instant score.
Came back to play event and all it does it remind me of why I hate Infinite’s MP. The SBMM is completely broken and unbalanced. In 3 game I haven’t won a single round because my teammates don’t do jack while I’m top of the leaderboard every time. I’ll probably finish the last 5 rewards, but after that I’m done and I’ll just continue to play MCC where it’s somewhat balanced. 343 is actively destroying this franchise.

I have a video of me doing exactly that. I used up ours and enemies invis on breaker. Invis is definitely powerful. Just don’t run and you’re good. Lol

Is bulldog even a possible weapon in this game mode? I never saw any weapons on any maps when I was cleaning up these challenges.
Also, I finished the challenges and got Clippy but somehow haven’t finished the event? Anyone else run into this?
It isn’t. I think it’s an oversight on 343’s part.

I completed all but two challenges, a normal one and the ultimate, in about 2 hours. As for the mode itself, the map will make or break it. I find that Streets sucks and I only really liked Launch Site and the new Forge maps besides Argyle. If I had to give a tip, milk your sword and sensors. On the Camo side, you can sometimes get away with a central charge. If you have some buddies who’d play with you, you should play with them.
Have just started playing and I agree it is easily the worst event yet. The fact that every single challenge is tied to what must be the worst game mode they have ever created is seriously painful. I really thought we were past the point of forcing people to play particular game modes.
I’ll finish this weeks challenges but I won’t be playing it next week.
Edit: I pity the players trying to get this done late in the week when most people a have already finished the challenges.
Not my favorite event, but at least the event challenges are fairly easy, and you get to do them all in a row with 4 at a time. I remember how slow and frustrating it was to complete event challenges for some of the past events.

Definitely quicker than some of the old ones but slower than recent challenges. I had a couple for 30 kills/assists and some for 3000 points and the games tend to be slow paced and low scoring. I could have swapped those ones I guess but I honestly forgot you could do that because I haven’t used a swap in so long.
If it was anything other than Covert One Flag it wouldn’t be so bad.

Well I mean it is the main thing people come to the forums to do, but they could at least complain about things that matter like all the different game types that are still missing, theater still being an absolutely worthless buggy mess, campaign co-op having quite a few glitches and bugs, achievements still not popping even though it’s been more than a year since release, terrible map designs and the complete and utter lack of proper weapon to map balancing which is causing so many issues because for whatever reason 343 has decided rotating weapon spawns is the way to go like a bunch of imbeciles.
