In the latest Canon Fodder they introduced the armor variants worn by Blue Team and Fireteam Osiris.
The description only looks at the head and torso.
Just like in the BETA.
PLEASE TELL ME WILL BE ABLE TO CUSTOMISE ARE SPARTANS!!!
It isn’t confirmed yet. But they’ll probably talk about it at E3 which is the the june 15th
I bet we won’t, and people will say that to want it is complaining because the gameplay is good.

You will be. Their helmet, body, visor, and presumably other options. You just won’t be able to mix and match different pieces of armor.
For some reason.
By this point I’m almost certain we will only be getting visor, helmet and torso. In all of the H5 pictures we’ve seen from Fathom everyone is wearing the same set of wrists, shoulders, legs and torsos with the only piece being from a different set are the helmets. Plus in every piece of info we’ve gotten talking about the armors it has always only mentioned the helmet and torso.
Finally in the tweet Josh Holmes said about about the beta customization only being a small glimpse of what we will see in the final game was most likely just referring to the amount of different armor sets as opposed to how much customization we will have option to on each part of the body. It’s quite easy to confuse those two different things.

That is more than a little disappointing.
I wouldn’t complain until they confirm it.
I’m fine either way. I’d like to see full armor customization, but I’ve sort of gotten use to how it was in the beta.
I truly hope there are more options beyond what the beta had and I don’t mean the amount of armor variations. It would seem odd to go from the amount of armor variations in Halo 4 and the options that go with it (i.e. - helmet, right and left shoulder, chest, legs, forearms, visor) and just give us 2x the armor variations but reduce the options down to helmet, body, visor and call that a step forward in terms of customization. I would still stand by this even if we could select being another species in multiplayer. I would be more accepting of it if say they gave us options like load out variations that attach things like ammo clips, knives, and other odds and ends to the armor variations though. Just a thought.
It could possibly be that they clumped legs, shoulders and wrists all under Armor, idk just trying to be optimistic.
I just realized something though: In the previous games, armor has been symmetrical because you would make the decision to change individual pieces and make asymmetrical details. However, on the newest noble armor, he has two mkV shoulders. Now, I still think there will only be helmet and the rest as two pieces only, however, why not give the noble armor a commander shoulder if it was meant to be a complete piece about Carter? Just a weird thing.
We don’t really know at this point, just because pics show all armors of a set being together does not rule full customization out. In most other pre launch pics for previous halo games, they show off the whole set, they don’t usually show the mix matched armor.
They also could be planning on adding that feature closer to launch, making sure the gameplay is prioritized. Hopefully the worst case scenario would be them adding it with an update some time after launch.

You could mix armor in the beta

No you couldn’t, that’s kind of the point of this thread…
Hopefully there is much more customization, having more customization shouldn’t hold back frames.

You forget that Pre-launch gameplay almost never shows mix and match armours.
I just hope that it’s Head, Visor, body, and Shoulder pads. I don’t care about wrists or legs.
I liked the sets, they look suprisingly good together

I very much agree.
