The World of Tanks beta is an excellent tank simulator for the Xbox 360. For tank driving, they use the Halo’s classic controls: steering and accelerating with the left stick, aiming with the right stick, and firing with the trigger. (Compare this to the terrible tank controls in the original Crysis for Xbox 360). This begs the question:
Why are there no tanks in War Games?
We already have the tanks. Just sayin’.
Fitting certain vehicles into certain maps is hard. I don’t actually think a Scorpion would fit well into any of the current maps just as it did not fit well into exile. It needs allot of space to maneuver which Halo 4 doesn’t really offer.

All too true.
There are two tanks on Longbow.

I think they’re on another map,too, right?
Honestly, I think the scorpion would work on maps that are 2X or even 3X the size of current BTB maps on Halo 4. Hopefully with the next game coming out for the next system, that can be done.

Though, from my experience, Longbow almost never pops up in Big Team Infinity Slayer…
And they can realistically go in one straight line. Granted, you can do a hell of a lot of damage in that line, but it’s just not proper mobility. I think they might do better with rocket hogs. Just an opinion.
