Dear Tashi,
I took part in in one of the FFA tournaments at a MS store in Vancouver BC earlier this year (April or May I think?), along with my friend AshamanND.
He was able to get the Word of Mouth pack, but I never received mine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It’s a perk you get for participating in a live event/tournament, with a special BR skin.

Oh ok. I would say be patient cause a buddy of mine didn’t get his till 3-5 months later.
Just thought I’d re-tag Tashi as I noticed on a Twitter post that Twitchcon is now over.

If it’s any consolation: I’m still getting Gold Rec Packs months later from events that I’d forgotten that I had won from the events. It depends upon who is running the event, if you registered your account correctly, etc. I don’t know if Tashi could actually help with this since the Microsoft Stores don’t run in conjunction with 343i. This is something I’d take up with whoever ran the event at the store if you can make your way back out there.
