won't recognize disc. can't play the game

This is almost too much to take. so I go to play halo 2 anniversary with my son and the damn disc is not recognized. I can’t start the damn game. it tells me to switch users to an authorized user. so I switch to my other ID on the Xbox One and same thing. I then try to watch a terminal and then night fall and nothing! it tells me the same damn thing! it tells me that the game is almost installed?! it has been installed since launch day! also nothing in the download section. nothing is pending a download or anything, no prompt to down load the patch either.

what the hell is going on!!! now I can’t even play this damn game! can someone please help me!

you should uninstall and then reinstall the game and hopefully that works

I did a hard reboot and it works. at least as bad as it did before. what the hell is with all the fading in and out of some of the content on the halo 2 anniversary campaign maps? I will be walking around and some of the trees, dead convenient, cars, rocks seem to phase in and out. one minute they are there, then gone and then back again.

Christ, this is worst than Battlefield 4. I have not even bothered with multiplayer yet. that sounds like a cluster…
