Won't load my req points and back to level 1

So I’ve came on Xbox live to play and it’s says I’m a level 1 again, my Spartan id and appearance has changed, colours etc. also won’t load req points. However it still lets me play games etc… Any ideas?

This is caused by a sync error. Restarting the game will usually fix this. If that does not solve the problem, do a xbox hard reset(Hold the power button for 10 seconds). Hope this helps, cheers.
