IVe had the disc based game since launch, and this is the 1st time ive encountered this game destroying bug. When i click on the MCC tile on my dash to play whats in the disc tray, all that happens is it fullscreens the tile image like it does with all games before they load. Yet MCC wont go past and times out giving the error halo mcc is taking longer than usual to load. Then just kicks back to dash. Ive tried uninstalling game + patch and reinstalling game and redownloading 18gb patch , making total install of 60.1gb . There is nothing wrong with my connection or xbox as every single game i own wether disc based or digital works fine both on and offline. I last played on the 28th of dec. My friend also has same issue. Both on Eu Uk consoles. Ty plz reply 343.
Update, a friend in the US also has issue and has tried all the various console resets / installs etc.

I am having the same problem happened about a day after I downloaded the halo 5 beta
Update: I had to delete and reinstall the game kind of a pain but it fixed it.

i tried the delete/ re-install method but nothing works. All started when beta released. Cant play at all.
I’m having the same problem. it started after I downloaded Halo 5 beta.
I did the last 3Go update on Halo MCC and now i Can’t even play the game. i only go to the first screen and i press start and im stuck there listen the music
