For some reason my halo will not let me connect to xbox live on my xbox one. I have tried to reset my xb1 and tried to connect to xbox live but keeps telling me i am having a connection failure but i know i have good internet because i have a open nat type. Please help me someone

Had the same issue, delete your profile and reboot game and xbox one will redownload profile and should work.
