Hey, just wondering if anyone else is having problems loading HW:DE on Xbox One? Each time I try to launch it it shows the splash screen and just goes back to my dash. If anyone has had this and fixed it could you please pop a comment explaining how you managed to solve it
Thing’s I’ve tried: Uninstalling and re-installing Installing on INTERNAL Xbox Hard Drive Installing on EXTERNAL USB Hard Drive Using a different profile to load the game (Was a long shot but I tried it anyway) Resetting my Xbox settings and Factory Resetting the console (which was a waste of 2 days after loading everything back on!) Power Cycling my console
The game loads on my Gaming Rig but for some reason my console cant load it, usually its the other way around!
It seems Creative Assembly are having a few issues with this title (Both HW2 and HW:DE) which is a shame since this is one of my favourite franchises
Skullyi1234 do you have the game fully installed? Some people believe they have the game fully installed when in reality they only have a 10mb place holder file, which will not launch the game. In order to fully launch the game players need to receive an additional code from xbox live which will then allow players to fully download the game.
You might also be able to download the full game now with out the additional code from xbox live due to the fact that the [token requirement wait] from xbox live should have been lifted some time today.
I had a PC version of HW2:UE so I already had my codes, its the full game on there not a 10mb file, I spent 7 hours downloading it on my Xbox via the Xbox Play Anywhere program
It would appear that other players are reporting problems with the Xbox play anywhere program, You could try contacting xbox live support but they may not have a solution for you at this current time.
