So I decided to install halo 5 and play some multiplayer I usually install all games offline then do the update but it gets to 34% everytime and I get installation stopped tried all the tricks but nothing works anyone got any ideas on what I should do?

There’s your problem right there. You need to have an online connection when installing every game. Updates are mandatory, and are installed along with the game itself. How about not, severing your Xbox’s internet connection when installing games, should fix the “problem.”
