When I initially started the game after installing, on the main menu, it asks me to sign into my Microsoft account. I signed into my old account but it prompted me that there was an issue with the location I’m signing in from. I don’t have access to my old email for my old account so the code they send there is not accessible. Now, I just want to sign in using a different email and Microsoft account so I can actually play the game but I don’t see an option to do that. It just keeps prompting me to try and sign in the old one and trying to send me recovery codes when I don’t have access to see them.

Go to AppData\LocalLow\MCC\Saved\webcache and delete all the files there.

I’ve entered it exactly this way AppData\LocalLow\MCC\Saved\webcache and for whatever reason it can’t be located on my desktop. At this point I’d buy MCC again if it would let me but I can’t even do that. I’m just trying to use a different Microsoft Account but I no longer have access to the one they are making me sign in with.
SurfyGalaxy6230 in File Explorer, go to c:\Users and look for the folder with your Windows account name - eg c:\Users\jones
expand that and you’ll see the AppData folder, so full path is c:\Users__yourname__\AppData\LocalLow\MCC\Saved\webcache
Thank you i was able to find it, now using sign in with a different MS account its giving me the sign in error. “Error encountered while signing into xbox live” I know the info i entered is correct.

Found this one:
Search Credential manager in the windows search bar
click on windows credentials
scroll down to “XBL|Device key” and delete/ remove it.
give that a go.
