I saw the UNSC Weapons video where the SAW was revealed and it looked very powerful. It looks like it takes out shields really quickly but I dont know how it does on armor. Also I am curious if it will be one of those weapons that people like to use over all power weapons(Sniper) or turn into a weapon that is just cast aside(Concussion Rifle). Post your thoughts below:)
Im assuming stronger AR with big mags, but very inaccurate at range.
Might beat shotguns.

Well, one 343 member said not to compare it to the Assault Rifle, and another 343 member said: “It’s like the Assault Rifle’s bigger brother”. I hope that helps, lol.

UNSC weapons are typically known to be good against health rather than shields. So the SAW might follow suit.
I say might follow because it’s not your typical automatic weapon and is a power weapon. So it might be incredibly useful against both defenses. Obviously, it’s going to be great at closer ranges and most likely going to suck down range thanks to spread.
For your last two concerns, that remains to be seen though what we’ve seen so far indicates that the weapon is going to be useful (my best guess) and the closet thing we will get to the 60 CE AR.
