Was wondering how long it takes to get what i won…its been nearly 2 weeks now.
Depending on where you live / if they’ve posted it out yet, it can take a few weeks for it to arrive. Took a few weeks for me to get a little gift that Microsoft sent me out. You can always tweet them back or send a tweet to @Brav the Community Manager 
Today it’s been exactly 4 weeks and still nothing and I cant get any support team to contact on any social website.I’m not trying to be greedy, I’m just anxious and I think this is crazy that I can’t get a response.

sub-question - did you manage to redeem a code from the experience website?
I appreciate you responding, truly, all I want is a straight forward answer and I understand they are busy…by the way I didn’t redeem code on the experience website…would be nice though! Been a long month.
