Wolverines / reavers can't beat core air

There are 3 main issues that I have found with anti air in the game right now. Anti air cannot catch air units, even when air finally does catch core air units they cannot deal enough damage to impact their numbers in any meaningful way, last but not least, air units cost energy which makes it much harder to build. It’s very clear that at least one or all of these problems need to be addressed so here are some potential solutions to make wolverines and reavers more effective at dealing with core air spam. Increasing the damage of anti air units is a pretty obvious choice for buffing anti air however I would be very careful when going about this. We don’t want engineers, nightengales, vultures, condores, shrouds, and blisterbacks to be rendered useless. If were going the damage buff rout the damage buff should only apply against core air and that is it. Another potential buff would be to leave damage the same but increase the splash damage from the missiles fired by anti air units. This would allow a pack of 6 or 7 wolverines / reavers to deal large amounts of damage to tightly packed air spams and prevent missiles from going to waste by overkilling. Keep in mind that I’m posting this because air spam has become a problem in team games and not in 1v1s.
