Ok so anyone that has noticed the scoreboards being completely wrong after the vast majority of matches -
I submitted a ticket about this issue two weeks ago. I heard back from a human being today. Part of what they replied was the following paragraph:
**Our developers look at issues that multiple people have reported so if you know others experiencing this issue, ask them to file a ticket at https://aka.ms/halosupport **
So it seems they haven’t received much feedback about this.
For those unaware the POST GAME scoreboard (not in game scoreboard) has many issues and these seem to get worse if you are on the bottom team (whichever appears on the bottom eagle or cobra, I can’t remember but I guess cobra). Some of these problems are:
- the team colours switching (so if your colours are blue for you and red for the enemy, you will be shown in red)
- winners not in order (winner not at top, everyone random)
- the team names switching (similar to the top bullet point)
- the wrong winning team in top right corner shown
- N/A shown as your team and/or the winning team
- in stockpile the steals and ‘captures?’ are reversed
- in oddball instead of 2-0 or 2-1 being shown the overall points are shown and this has a much more serious problem of the win can be awarded to wrong team.
For example
round 1 team 1 wins 100 - 99
round 2 team 2 wins 1 - 100
round 3 team 1 wins 100 - 99
Overall team 1 should win 2 rounds to 1, but team 2 is awarded the win 201- 298
There are other issues but I’ve actually left the house and can’t remember them.
