Title pretty much explains it.
Now that we know that 343i is releasing a Season Pass at 35% off, the Maps are worth $25 so if you buy the LE you are paying $16 for:
-A steel box
-Avatar stuff
-1 skin (weapon + armor)
-early access to 6 specializations (if you get to lvl “70” with normal copy i can almost guarantee that the others will be already unlocked)
-Extended version of FUD (that you can probably see on the internet for free)
-Poster
For specializations, probably. I still want to see what armor the LE actually comes with, though.
I don’t see how that’s not worth the price.
I’ll probably just get it for the Specializations. Sad, I know.

I think the “Recruit” armor will be cool. Everything else will be worth it too.
nope not worth it anymore. season pass is too cheap.
It is for me. I will also say that I am happy they added more options to access all the DLC…I want the most amount of players with all the DLC as possible.

No, it’s lvl 70… lvl 50 + 10 levels for each specialization you get with the normal edition (2)…
100$ in general for what they give you is a must have. Theres no way I wouldnt buy the LE its just that worth it.

By your logic, why buy anything? You’ll be able to get it cheaper if you wait. I can go online and download or stream any movie or TV I want. A year ago, I bought the Halo 2 limited edition for $15. Why buy anything on day 1?
Also, do we know for a fact that the LE digital content will be available for everyone later on? No, we don’t.
It’s most definitely worth it if you ask me. 16$ for all those extra goodies that give more depth to the universe is a nice deal!

Exept the fact that you don’t have to wait Years for unlocking these things, just the same amount of time that people that doesn’t boost would spend to level to the rank that is needed to go on…
And around 2 bulletins ago 343i confirmed the possibility of them unlocking foor free the bonus armors/skins.
P.S. I’m buying the LE BTW. I’m a huge Halo fan, i would pay $30 just for the steel case…but it didn’t seem very fair for the other people to me.

I thought that was in regard to the pre-order bonuses only. If they were to unlock the LE stuff, then I would say that’s a big kick in the nuts toward those who spent the extra money. Hell, they’ve already confirmed they have plans for a physical copy of the extended FuD series, and I’m pissed about that. But as it stand, I feel that we are getting a good deal.

why im getting it
