Wishlist

I would be really nice if we could sort the kill commendations by level in the company kill commendations. That way we could keep the level 3’s etc. for the armor and helmet easier to see. Just wishing…

Halo
I think there should be gametypes in matchmaking that are like both of the games battlegrounds and battlefront. I am going to type as if you all are familiar with these games or played them.
Battlegrounds/Fortnite Battle royal
-You can drop as an ODST, controlling Where you land via drop pod and/or covy drop pods
-play as any species in the covenant
-have a mode with only covy or human players, this is for Esports. I want their to be difference between each species like customizables, advantages/disadvantages, and player hit boxes should fit the character regardless of “farness”. The idea is to have the authentic feel of the type of character/species you play as.
-Edit search: solo, dubs, trips, team (4) squads. Meaning if you are solo you go against other solo players, ext
-custom thin to heavy armor appearances
-armor/weapon/chest locations change
-story/explanation and maps can be linked to Harvest or other scenario from the lure where big battles took place (50-100 player, don’t tell me you can’t do this 343)
and more. If anyone has ideas to add please do, just specify what gametype the feature is for/to.
Spectate when dead or view a friend in game while waiting
-be able to dive, slide, sprint, crouch
-Living environment
-interactive, with creatures, sentinels, flood
-Map variants
have different maps varying in size and concept. Like the deserts of the ark to the city of new Mombasa with the skycrapers that are explorable and so on.
-loot and rewards
you can have armor customizations and more, but only ascetic
Battlefront
have a game type that is like the classic battle from but in the halo universe, please don’t pull an EA
side note:
Old game types and maps
have a separate matchmaking with their own ranked and social playlist where the gameplay was similar or rather the same as the old Halos but with the fluidity/advantages of modern tech. The point of of all this is to have game types that are fun not just competitive but also innovative. I miss when Halo was the only one of its kind and didn’t try to be like the others and if there where others had its own flavor. Like, COD and HALO. Yes, they were both shooters but Halo was more tactical and fun.

Hi 343,

my thoughts on Halo 6.

Please stay to the game standards, almost all other developers aren’t very successful because of not using the game standards of 2017/2018.

What are the game standards?

  1. Destructible environment , first added with success was Battlefield.
  2. At least 4k 60FPS, this one is new from 2017/2018
  3. Controls, only very good controls give a feeling of control over the game.
  4. Sound, in Halo 3 the sound and music made the player participate the game.
  5. Story, the most important one, you need to add the WOW effect like in Halo 1, never seen things, and battles and enemies.
  6. Players are adults now, so you have to make the games be more grown up.
  7. Secret hint, you should add a destructible enemy body system, be the first to add, thats a very big WOW effect.
  8. Levelution, first added by Battlefield, but there not using it any more so you should.
  9. Brutality, enemies have to burn be sliced, have to be squeezed, smash, screaming , crying, some have to do suicid, show the true face of mankind not only Hollywood hero stuff go a step further and push the game. Show the suffering of war make the covenant mean and evil against humanity let them kill example(human kids, civilians) make them hate humans show it and the game will blow every´s mind.
  10. Epic battles in space and on the ground with hundreds maybe even thousands of dead one each side.
  11. Graphics, stop with that comic look.

Dear 343, all of the other developer companies are loosing more and more sales, you need to ask the right questions.
Go a step or 10 steps further don’t relay on the old achievements. Halo from its first days to the year 2018 was a long journey and the players want halo 6 to be grown up and most importantly it has to be 10 steps ahead of all the other games out there, please fulfill the game standards, do you’re homework and know what the big games of the past years where and what made them so successful and wy there not any more!
