Probably speaking on behalf of many of the people following the development of Halo 4, I think I speak for a lot of people asking for some new ViDocs. Halo: Reach had many vidocs released just giving us something to watch and think about instead of just chewing our fingers to the bone with anticipation. NEW VIDOCS!

Yes, we need some ViDoc’s, they were the best. I love when the developer talks about the work they put into their game, their challenges, improvements, ect.

We all did but now we’re discussing something else…
while i await every bit of halo info i can get im starting to grow tired of it and i find it more of a tease than anything i think the best thing for dev’s to do to hype games is either demos (and i mean demos before launch not after) or some sort of mini game something simple via xbla like some 2d odst game leading up to h4 maybe 3 missions or something simple that wont take time away from the game that would get me more excited
and 4 months seems like a long time its really not i could care less about new info know i just wanna play the game
I wouldn’t expect a ViDoc until after ComiCon. After they reveal some of Spartan Ops gameplay and the Forward Unto Dawn trailer, we should get a ViDoc on that.

Misleading title OP. I would change it to “We need New Vidocs” or something of the sort. I do agree with you, new vidocs would be cool, but what could 343i discuss in them? They showed us a little multiplayer, showed us matchmaking, forge, and Spartan Ops will be shown at comic con. What else could we see?

I think Bungie spoiled us with the way they released information. The trailers were epic and the ViDocs were great.
No one is asking 343i to be Bungie (though that would be nice), but I would like to see changes in the way they market in the early stages. Even without the ViDocs, Halo: Reach and Halo 3’s trailers were enough to send my hype level through the roof. In comparison, I’ve yet to see anything from 343i on Halo 4 that matches up–but the E3 campaign demo was a step in the right direction.
I’m pretty sure their will be a video documentary coming soon.
They had an interview with me at the RTX event and told me it was for a behind the scenes documentary
Are videos like the E3 wrap-up not considered vidocs?
