It’s a grunt, of course he is gonna talk. I like the voice effect, he sounds very super.
I thought it was a pretty cool add on personally! Kinda like a nice taunt of hey, you didn’t take me seriously before but you will NOW!
Your telling a grunt, who would of normally of just been killed very quickly, but is fortunate to be given the power of the goblin to be quiet?
The grunt goblins are simply just excited because they can now actually go toe to toe with a spartan.

It really fits the Grunt Goblin. Grunts are known to talk very much.
It’s logical that a grunt in a mech will taunt you as much as he can because he feels powerful!
