Right now, my game just froze, but background sound effect are still playing. Can’t pause the game, can’t watch the score, nothing. Wasn’t this update supposed to fix the game, not break it?
And is it just me or I’m dying much faster now? I’ve been playing since day one without ever quitting the game, and now I can’t play anymore, I keep getting killed like crazy, and I get killed through wall corner like never before, and grenade radius and damage seems to have doubled.
And what about that weekly ultimate challenge reward? Is it normal that it is a previously earned reward? Do we get something esle like credits if we already have that armor color? Or this is finaly my call to stop making this game a full time job? 
I am not impressed with this update, I was so excited, and right now I feel angry. I had trouble all day long trying to make the game run on my Xbox Series X, I had to uninstall everything and re-install everything, and I’m still getting tons of problems like server error or just plain freeze. At this point, I feel like this game is in an Alpha Preview, it’s no fun when you can’t even enjoy a single match without being scared that the game stop working mid match.
Community should stop requesting for new content, and devs should start fixing the game instead of making new content. It’s worth nothing to have new maps and new game mode if we can’t play the game in peace of mind.

This console is indeed in the Xbox preview program, but it is in the Omega preview, which is the one that receives the less updates, with low risk of encountering bugs. If I have to get out of this Microsoft service completely, to enjoy a Microsoft product, then something is wrong somewhere, no? Like… why, of all the games I play, would Halo be the only game that doesn’t work as intended? 
But yeah, perhaps I should dig this with insider community, because the biggest problem here is everytime Halo Infinite has a server error or that it freezes like this, I can’t fully quit the game anymore, and I can’t start any other game until I reset the console. This is a hard bug right there.

well keep in mind it’s a console preview program, bugs and hiccups are to be expected. 
you are welcome to leave the program and see if that resolves things. i’m not entirely sure if it will, it was me hazarding a guess based off personal experience currently!

Actually, for the sake of everyone’s knowledge and maybe put an end to my questionning, I will take this console out of the insider program to see if it resolve something.

Took my Xbox out of the Insider Program, first match worked, second match gave me the: ATTENTION: There was a problem with Dedicated Server. Please try again.

For now, it seems to have fixed the whole issue about not being able to quit Halo correctly, which forced me to reset the console everytime before being able to launch other games. This was the most annoying problem of them all so I thank you for the suggestion. Now I just hope I was unlucky with server errors and that I’ll be able to enjoy my play time normaly.
