Very disappointed with the Winter Contingency event! I do like most of the items in the Event Pass BUT I realized too late that the progression was very limited.
The event claimed that we’d be able to earn rewards through event challenges. Not only was there no actual event challenges highlighted, but it turns out the “event challenges” was the first ‘Play Any Match’ challenge of the day and nothing else. I just wish this was more clear and hope we don’t see more of this in the next few events as 343 continues to tinker and make their changes!
I know we were given a little over 10 days for the event, which was more than enough to login + complete a match and earn all the rewards. But with the holidays and other life matters I just wasn’t able to get on as much. And I’m sure others had similar plights.
And in conclusion, I’m just salty I couldn’t grind out the last six levels of the pass.
