Wins recorded as loss, loss recorded as loss

I’ve been monitoring my wins/losses when I realized they were all being recorded as losses on waypoint service record. I typically play vs AI.

Just now we won a game and waypoint recorded it as a loss. My achievements work and it also does not impact my daily and weekly challenges.

Whats the deal?

I clearly won a strongholds game just now and waypoint recorded it as a loss. This is still happening! Does anyone know why?

And again as Shipmaster. We just won domination and we’re marked as a loss on waypoint under service record.

I won another game with Shipmaster and this time it was recorded as a win.
