I hate nothing more than getting 1v4 matches in this game. Someone left? 3v4 is still possible… if you’re the kind of person who leaves cause the enemy team seems better, stop playing shooting games. Please do us all a favor and just stop.
343 won’t change the mechanics to make leavers stop leaving or give the outnumbered team a chance at winning fairly. So the only way to fix this is for people to just sit through it or don’t join at all. Go play Call of Duty, you can drop in drop out in their games.
Finally got a win despite leavers… feeling triumphant
As long as 343 keeps putting me with trash players who go 2-18 in a single match and the only reason why we have a chance is because of me and maybe another play. Until then trash isn’t going to destroy my rank in that playlist. So I leave and let them lose since that what they seem to want to do.

I never leave! Even if I’m doing bad in a game. You can leave if you want. There’s no req points or exp in quitting.

The only thing it lets me do is link Spartans
I don’t mind it when one person leaves actually. What my friends and I found way back in the Halo 3 days is that a smaller team can actually have a pretty sizeable advantage over a bigger team, especially if the smaller team has the better players. In our group of about 6 there was one guy in particular who was way better than all the rest of us and we found that we had a much much better chance of beating him if when it was 3v3 as opposed to 4v2.
