I haven’t seen anybody else have the issue I am having yet. Ill try to go into detail so this should be pretty long but bear with me. It started yesterday when I tried to download the Forge bundle, it worked initially but then I ran into this issue - YouTube basically it kept capping out on the download. I tried many different solutions but eventually i just decided to restart. Initially, it worked well. The download seemed to be working fine and I left my computer on in the background. When I got back the download was at about 12gb. It was late then so I decided to go to sleep but before doing so I made the mistake of pausing the download and resuming it. This restarted the entire download. I was pissed but I figured that there was nothing I could do about it so I left it on overnight. When I got up in the morning It hadn’t downloaded at all. In fact it was doing the exact same thing as what was happening in the video again. i decided to do the same thing: stop the download and start it up again. This time however it wouldn’t work. When I try to download it says “Error, see details” and when clicked on opens a dialogue box saying “Try that again” and “something went wrong”. It also gave me error code 0x8024601B. I have not seen any body else have this issue. Also of note: the half installed 12 gb file is in the directory where the windows store stores the games. I am unable to delete the game because it says it is being used by another program. please respond if you have had any similar issues.
