It doesn’t happen every time but often I will have to tab out of my game, or open a new program using the windows key to bring up search, but then MCC doesn’t have an app on the taskbar and I cannot get back into the game. I can hear the game and if i click the mouse i know my gun is working but I have no way to get back into the game. If i force quit the game, i get a MM ban. Please advise.
This is a known issue.
It’s in the list of known issues on the Support site and there’s a long thread on here about it.
There are two suggested ways to prevent the problem mentioned in the thread.
- Launch the game, go to settings, select Video and set to borderless mode
- In Windows, go to Settings, Select ‘System’, then from the menu on the left, select ‘Multi-Tasking’. Set both items under ‘Virtual Desktops’ to ‘All Desktops’
