Hello everybody,
I am trying to play the game on my parallels virtual machine. I installed Windows 7 Ultimate on the VM on my iMac.
Right now the models of the spartan and elites do not load (in the customization menu the right part is buggy and empty) and the game crashes with the “fatal error” every time I try to enter any campaign mission, firefight or multiplayer game.
Anybody has faced this issue?

Have no idea. Though system requirements is Windows 10 latest update for windows 10 build 1909 believe that was oct or nov update. Perhaps someone could tell you what going on. Good luck.

for whatever reason, MCC does not play nice with VMs. even during the first flight early this year, i’d get the same “fatal error” crash that you’re having right now. also used Parallels, but on my Air.
Boot Camp’s your best bet, unfortunately, if you’re really itching to play Halo.
