Windows 10 Halo wars 2 Kinsano cant find her IG

1. What is the issue? Please provide as much information as possible - is there an error code? Does it only happen in specific circumstances? If so, what are those steps? If you have error logs or screenshots or DVR clips please share or point us to it in your post.
So It says I own Kinsano but I’ve never installed her it just says I have her and when I go in game I don’t have her. What do I do to get her? I opened her blitz packs without realizing i didn’t even have her.

Still cant play her. I’ve tried countless times restarting my PC and store and it sitll wont let me play her. It says I have her but I never installed her which I think is the issue. Also in the store it says " this doesnt work on this device which is another thing that could be causing this problem".
