Windows 10 and MP

Every time I go to multiplayer I get “lost connection to xbox live”. I can switch on my xbone and get in right away, is there something I need to do on Win 10 to fix it?

My firewall is already open to relevant XBL ports, only thing I haven’t done yet is port forward on my router, but as I said, Xbone is fine and port forwarding has really only ever been needed if you’re hosting a game, not joining one.

My XBone is doing the same thing with port forwards, so I can’t connect to ME on PC or Xbone.

Same for me on both Xbox One and PC. It was fine prior to the last patch, but for some reason after the patch, I get the same error on both PC and Xbox One and have not been able to play on-line at all. It is only with the DE version as Halo Wars 2 is completely fine on-line on both as is all my other games.

It seems to be save related. I loaded a silver account on the same console and it was able to get into a lobby right away, I switched back to main and zilch. Tried deleting all save data and it still didn’t fix the problem. Also tried redownloading my XBL profile to my xbone and nothing happened

Month later, still waiting for even an acknowledgement of the problem. Be nice if sketch replied to my private messages here or on Reddit. As usual MS tech support said, “go to the community support forums for the game”.

Same problem. It has not been fixed yet. It’s sad.

Post 20/4 patch, still doesn’t seem to work.

Really getting aggravated on this.

Does an error code appear or just text?

Funny thing is, it is only ONE account on that console/PC that does it, every other gold account gets a lobby right away, so do silvers. But my account, it throws this message up.

Yes, I’ve redownloaded my xbl profile, deleted cloud saves, reinstalled entire game.

I think the problem is with my account’s details on the DE servers. Some sort of bug may have loaded everything odd, because the game briefly shows up the lobby like the others before giving me this error before I sync my profile to the cloud.

So i looked around on the web to see if I could find any solutions. sadly I could not. Seems like more people over at trueachievements are having the exact same issue.

I will link you to the xbox forum page where you can ask further questions there - xbox forum. I will continue my search until it is resolved. However a server patch may be required and I have no idea when 343 will roll one out. Sorry I couldn’t locate a solution. I hope the issue gets resolved in the near future.

Thanks for trying mate, I was one of the people on TA that started this whole thing. Reached out to sketch who didn’t reply, and to unyshek on reddit who briefly took notes and in 4 weeks wont respond to any messages asking for a resolution yet.

Fairly sure based on the issues that it has to do with play-anywhere being done before Feb 22, and something corrupted on my server-side profile if it only affects one account on my consolePC, but there’s nothing I can do about it for a long while.
