Really? Where did they share this little tidbit? Was it before or after they specifically said they were adjusting challenges to be “less frustrating”? There is nothing “less frustrating” about half my challenges being in a mode full of sweats who are now quitting out and leaving lopsided matches because they didn’t get the mode they wanted for their challenges.
So how about you take your own advice and “chill”?

Forcing us to play ranked, I believe is a bad move, I don’t play ranked any way.

PVP challenges should cover all PVP modes;
btb, quick, ranked and the new FFA/Slayer modes .
So if its, kill 20 spartans in Slayer, let it be any PVP Slayer mode, not a specific one.
Let the player decide where to do the challenges, if the mode is available in all PVP.
I’ve gotten 14 Ranked challenges today. That includes trying to swap them, which just lead to more Ranked challenges. Sometimes even the same one I just swapped. If your a casual player look out. I hate it.
Good thing the Ultimate doesn’t really interest me this week. Who thought this was a good idea though?
The game gives you a roughly 50/50 chance of winning most ranked games.

well, i do have fun in ranked it’s pretty much all i play, they can’t satisfy us both let alone all the rest of the community, so if you see something you’d rather not be there how about we all just shut the **** up and get on with it instead of complaining??
I don’t complain when i see “win a stockpile game” even though i hate stockpile, i just get on with it.

Except that they absolutely can by making challenges not tied to a specific playlist or game mode. Instead of “Get a cumulative score of 5,000 in Ranked” just make the challenge “Get a cumulative score of 5,000 in PvP”. Then I can do it in social, you can do it in ranked, and we’re both happy.
Ranked challenges are only for a week like this from the 14 to 20 th to celebrate hcs. It’s one week, if you won’t like this I doubt you will die in one week. So chill
Were the bots that replace leaving players during a match always ODST difficulty?
Had a bot in my team that replaced someone who left the game (2 kills and 12 deaths…) And the bot was a bit more helpful actually with 3 kills and 6 deaths.
Well, you can’t swap ranked challenges for this week. You will only get ranked challenges for swapping. So smart move Form you. Just chill yeah, it’s just one week like this. Don’t like this theme okay, but this overexagerrating is hilarious on waypoint because of one week. Like people will try to tell you that they only made the ranked challenges for selling swaps, but 343 ouright tells you that you will only get ranked challenges for swapping ranked challenges ges this week
All my swaps gone thanks to trying to swap out ranked challenges. And half of those over ranked challenges were gametype specific. Oddball, Capture the Flag, Slayer, Strongholds, I’ve gotten challenges for every single one, more than once. So when they said less gametype specific challenges that was another lie!
They never said that swapping a ranked challenge would give another ranked challenge, did they? Because if not, it’s not on them for trying. Also, I used all mine on ranked, because having challenges for ranked is bad enough without them also be win ranked oddball.
i don‘t have an issue with ranked challenges in general.
i do find it annoying to get mode specific challenges for a random playlist.
since we can’t have choice of mode, i’d prefer if they would at least put it on a fixed rotation. or just add ranked slayer and have a fixed rotating objective playlist.
having a win a ctf challenge myself and getting slayer twice, an oddball match and not knowing when i’d finally hit a ctf is rather frustrating
