If 343 makes the OST pre-orderable, are you going to be pre-ordering it? -Yoink-, I know I am.

I’ll see how I enjoy it in-game first. I’m confident in their composer, and I’ve liked his other work, but I don’t feel compelled to fully entrust my money into a preorder when I have the chance to hear it for free first.

Same here, still gonna pre-order it rofl. I’m liking what I’m hearing just from the Wra Up videos and the Vidocs.

Agreed. I’ve loved what I’ve heard. It’s not the same as Marty’s, but I’m good with that. They’re really not comparable. Apples and oranges and all that jazz. It’s a new trilogy, so I’m cool with a new direction for the game (musically speaking).

Yeah it gives a dark new heroic feel to it imo.

No I’m going to buy it after the release of Halo 4. Because that’s what I always do-I play the game first then I get the music.
I’m certainly not. I’m not going to spend an excess of $20 on 70 minutes of music that most likely won’t be as good as the music in the original trilogy. I’m going to wait until I’ve heard the music in the game and most importantly, a proper full score containing every second of that 4 hours is released.

What’s the point in preordering an OST?
The idea of Preordering something is to reserve a copy so that you make sure there is one for you. A video game OST isn’t going to disappear from the shelves if you don’t have a reserved copy… ESPECIALLY with the existence of the internet, and sites like Youtube.

This and along with my personal opinion, hell no. Even if it’s good or Marty good, which I doubt, I will not be preordering or buying his music.
I rather just stick to downloading some of his osts from YouTube lol.
