Will you get quit bans for laggy games?

I’ve been in many games that it is just too laggy to play so I quit. Is this allowed or do you get banned for this. I’m sorry, even watching a laggy game gives me a headache.

Eventually you could encounter a 60 minute quit ban.

It seems to take a LOT of quitting to do so, however.

This is especially bad on spart ops, I can’t sit through a whole episode of a flickering screen. Is there a afk ban like in reach? I don’t know which to do, quit the game or switch on tv show till the game ends. Either way I’d get in trouble, but I get so ---- many laggy games I’m getting worried about this.

You can’t get banned for quitting custom games.
