A lot of people have tried to do polls on these new forums and it’s difficult to get a good idea of what people are choosing cause somebody has to constantly go through every post and count. So I have a NEW idea on how to do polls on these forums:
Basically instead of replying with a number on how you feel, let’s use LIKES to determine polls, and then if you want to comment on your answer do so with a reply.
So scroll down to my next 2 post. The first will be:
YES I plan on purchasing Halo 5!
or NO I currently have no plans on purchasing Halo 5!
And if NO, leave a reply so 343 knows why Halo 5 is a NO BUY for you as to better help the final product.

No. The beta plays like garbage and with the state that the MCC is still in I think I’m done with Halo for good. It’s pretty amazing how 343 has turned Halo from one of the most admired and iconic FPS game into a joke.
Buy Halo 5? Unless they remove sprint, ADS and a whole lot of other elements thereby basically changing the gameplay to something i can actually enjoy, I won’t even buy an XBone. Halo 5 would have been the game that makes or breaks the decision on my next console, as there currently are no other games (or at the very least exclusives) that capture my interest. MCC doesn’t count, it’s not working at all and I see little to no reason to spend a large amount of money (console+game) to play inferior versions of software I already own on a DRM-ridden system with an unintuitive interface that’s not only inferior in hardware to its competitors but also to some of the year-old (non-gaming) PCs and laptops I already own.
Over the course of the past few years, Microsoft has gone out of their way to alienate me as a customer, from the NXE, Virus 8, Kinect, up to the XBone. Halo 5 was the last straw they had, and they lost it. Goodbye, it was a fun 13 years.

There are currently 5 Votes for “NO I currently have no plans on purchasing Halo 5!” as well as five comments of people who won’t be buying the game, which was specifically asked from the OP: “And if NO, leave a reply so 343 knows why Halo 5 is a NO BUY for you as to better help the final product.” While you technically might be right, I currently see no proof of people replying without reading.
This thread puts every reason as to why I have no plans on purchasing Halo 5. Really hoping that the Doubles Playlist in the MCC is Ranked and works flawless, that’ll be my Halo for the next 5 years…

Why? Because they lost my respect as a customer after their utterly embarrassing release of MCC, and their current disgraceful business etiquette that they have demonstrated with H5 pre-orders.
